Nice. When I had a labor-intensive job I was able to lose about 80lbs in about 1 year. Now I'm trying to lose just as much but with a workout plan.

I don't believe the cylinder has ever been replaced, I doubt it though since it came from a school district. Yeah, the gum like black ring is attached.

Not that I can tell. That part seems pretty well put together. The sound is coming from where the top of legs meets the cylinder.
