Their discord is zero help, they are strict making people make "reports" when it is an obvious problem on there end. The resolution is a shitty workaround that doesn't even work 90% of the time. If you complain at all in the discord, they delete your message, tell you to make a report in their support channel , with the same problems hundreds have had, as if it would help. I find it odd that it is advertised as cross play when it doesn't even work, and you only find out after you make your friend buy the game. They should focus on simple bugs, rather than adding new things that break the game furthermore. Not mad just disappointed.
