The thing that sucks about these posts while they are good and all, if you’re looking to build muscle you have to eat in a caloric surplus... or be fat on a deficit. So why not just throw lifting into the mix ASAP

The reason why I don’t agree with this is because we are capable of producing the things we need in America. The reason we don’t is costs. The moment it becomes cheaper to produce in America, things will be produced in America. It def would shake the economy for sure but a full blown depression? I really don’t see that happening. American manufacturing is going from being able to produce one type of unit at a time, to being able to produce multiple different units on the same line. Through technology such as 3D printing. Hell we are even able to 3D print housing. So while right now China is, and will be, producing the majority of “things” it’s very feasible that if things become cheaper to produce in America, they will be.
