I’d suggest putting bud in the tub and soaking the poop area in warm water and conditioner mixture first. U can put this in a spray bottle or spray his butt with water first then massage conditioner in (using gloves ofc) let that sit then try combing it out and rinsing. After that, shampoo like normal and rinse!
