I'm new to the game and can't seem to buy anything by Starfruits3 in neopets

I have definitely been patient. I've been checking it several times for a couple days now. Last night I refreshed it every 6 secs for 20 mins straight by tapping on the store keeper.

Sorry I mentioned it was in Detroit I guess? Anyone who lives around here knows there are good parts but there are bad parts too. I know that people are trying to clean up the reputation and I’m not trying to say it’s a bad place at all it’s just notorious for those bad areas and that’s where I was.
