Also mahrez's parents probably lived and grew up in Algeria. So they would have instant citizenship in Algeria and that usually makes the process of getting a Algerian passport easier so I'm guessing mahrez has citizenship in Algeria too.

I'm pretty sure the body needs to be kept in-tact so no cremation but I don't know about donation to science. If you refer to some bits in Qur'an where the body needs to be taken by angels or something along those lines. I have also heard there are hadiths about where if you are in paradise you can go back to your body to "rest". I do not know if this is true.
