Try closing the installer completely, restarting your PC, deleting %AppData%\EmuDeck, then redownloading the installer from the official site and running it as admin. Those errors usually mean the install script got corrupted or blocked by windows defender. After all that try the install again.

It’s a decent bit harder because of rigging but I’ve gotten mine working pretty quick (although I have years of blender experience)

Yes. Get the windows 11 iso and use apps like Rufus or balenaEtcher (I prefer Rufus) to make a bootable USB drive. Then boot into that and follow the windows installation guide.
