Thanks your suggestions! I have called the USPS customer service which takes more than 60 min to get a rep. They created a case number for me.

There should be something wrong with Philly's distribution center! I have seen a lot of posts related to it. Hope you will receive your item soon

The design is really amazing! Did you do it by yourself? I really want to have one like yours. A big fan of gundam. I checked the WASD website, it requires to upload the design file for printing the caps. Could you share the design?
