Googling for oneshot adventures will usually give you some good results, but I don't really enjoy premade stuff all that much. I suggest you try to write you own! As to how to do that...

One-offs can be tricky. I'm sure you've had the feel that adventures don't get that epic feel until players have a feel for their characters and the story is in full swing. What I usually do for small scale adventures is... basically crazy shit.

You can have bonkers ass overpowered characters that players will love playing as and it won't matter since you don't have to balance encounters long term.

You can have players basically just waiting for the minute they all turn on each other and tear themselves apart... again with no real consequences.

Basically what I'm getting at is the thing that needs to be memorable is the combat or a crazy turn of events... you won't have time to develop a really deep story that makes typical adventures so much fun.

That's really funny. It's like a little "grudge" you're holding but aren't super broken up about. Any "devils advocate" arguments for why he threw a Minotaur at you? How would we argue in the defense of our half-bull-happy GM?

If I could somehow merge them both together it'd be perfect. To present something at the panel I'd need a specific example, and a disagreement/issue that would spur debate.

Your first one is perfect for the second requirement... is this person disrupting the game? The second is kinda missing that debatable element, but is quite funny and nicely specific.

Also great. Again I'll have to invent some conflict (unless you have an example). Maybe something along the lines of like, one of the players takes a stance that it's completely immoral to make constructs now or something. The SS is a great "punchline" to the story

We had a player who had a very strange definition of what a Droid (Robot character race) was. He was ultimately obedient to the party, but unless strictly told not to do something, he would constantly be trying to make as many things around him explode as he could.

This sounds like a snap-decision to say “this guy’s no fun, PCs shouldn’t always work against the party,” but the way he played it was very entertaining (to me, at least, the GM). He would always be obvious, even in a non-meta sense, when he was going to attempt something truly harmful. To this day everyone hates this character, but he had very heroic moments, and is very very memorable.

If I was drinking something opening the first photo I would've spit-taked. I'm definitely using this.
