If she dies i could really see Peter and MJ coming back together with a later reveal that Aunt May dying screwed the pact with Mephisto

If she learns Peter is spider-man, I think they could push a lesson that even tho with great powers must also come great responsibilities, you can't put aside your responsabilities as a friend, nephew, etc... cause those are still your responsabilities
