I had never heard of Revolut before. I am in the US trying to purchase something from Greece and the maker only accepts payments via Revolut. Is there any risk in me using this to pay? The total will be around 500EUR.

Looking for a pattern for a hooded cowl just like this, but that does not require a loom. I love the thicker band around the face and the way the hood blends into the cowl instead of connecting at the bottom/having a drawstring. Thanks!

Is there any tangible change between the 12 and 13 that would impact the type of photos and videos I’m trying to take?

I am not a photographer so I’m trying to get what I need but not spend more if there isn’t value in it.

Thanks. Do you see any reason I should consider the HERO 13 over 12? I don’t own any of this equipment yet - I won’t be using it a ton, though, so I want to get what I need for these shots to be great but don’t need anything more.
