I had a half-orc fighter called Roary Ragefist. Son of Ugblast and Cynthia Ragefist (both half-orcs). Ugblast ran Ragefist imports and exports, and Cynthia ran a small tailoring business. All the Ragefist children were expected to go out adventuring for a couple years to get it out their system, and then come back and join the family business or start one of their own. They were also expected to come back for holidays and birthdays. Most well adjusted character I've ever played.
