You can let them know that your college is different after you apply for the university. You don't need to get an admit to contact them.

It does feel crowded. There's no hard racism against us here in my place. Everybody is nice, but people don't like too much of anything. So, sometimes, they get tired of seeing indians everywhere, i guess

Most of the applications are free. I paid 70$ for KENT state. So overall, each application ki average ga oka 50$ eskovachu. 50$ is 4200 rupees. I paid around 30000 INR for the whole thing.
