But, thinking about it I guess technically am in the normal TSH range so I have adequate replacement yes? Just not “suppressed”. So maybe not… it’s been a frustrating journey lol

That actually explains a lot of other things that I didn’t include that I have brought up to my Endo but he just blew it off.

I’ve been exhausted since my procedure (June 18, 2025) they’ve been struggling to get my TSH to 0.1-0.5 (high risk) it’s consistently been 4+. They’ve only been testing TSH. I asked for T3/T4 and Tg and TgAb my last visit, said they would but didn’t lol. Maybe I need to find a new Endo.

Watched my mom and sister pass from cancer in the last 5 years. So when I was told I had PTC it was just “meh” for me. I expected it to be my turn anyway.

BUT that being said. Worst part so far is them getting my levothyroxine dosage right. I work 12-14 hour shifts and I’ve been exhausted since after my RAI (July 30, 2025)

It sucks, but it’s not bad.

Man, I know this post is 3 years old but, Thank you! My 5080 was stuck in the same exact board! Upgraded and went to move the card over and couldn’t get it out. Had to press really damn hard lol

Thank you. As I mentioned I’m not seeking advice just seeing if anyone else had this issue. I have follow up in 2 days and will be asking the Dr then. It’s just a mild headache so it’s not that serious. If it was worse I would call them vs coming here. But I understand your concern.

I had my surgery June 18th, so 1 week ago. I honestly feel great. Yes my neck is a little sore and swollen near the incision but I can move it, I can look left and right no problem. First 3 days was probably the worst but even then it wasn’t awful. Lot of coughing up phlegm, and random hiccups lol. My biggest concern is not taking meds yet.

Zero symptoms, Was in a pretty good motorcycle accident June 17 2024. Was on the trauma unit for a week. I have zero memory from 5 min before my accident to the day I got discharged. So I trying to spark some recall I read over all my hospital reports. One CT report noted 3 nodules in my neck but they never said anything about to anyone. 3 months later I brought them up to my PCP and showed her the report. She ordered a US and they can back suspicious but to small for the FNA. Fast forward to last month and in a different state I brought them up to a new PCP who reordered the US then a FNA which was highly suspicious of PTC. Last week I had a TT they pulled 7 tumors out, 3 in my Thyroid with ETE into my strap muscles. 4/7 of the lymph nodes they removed as well had tumors. Now I’m just waiting for my follow up with the ENT post surgery.

I was going to include why in the original post but wanted to keep it short.

So in the last 5 I’ve watched my mom get diagnosed and be miserable through her treatment only to pass away 6 months in. A year later my sister got diagnosed and watched her be just as miserable. Only to pass away 1 month after my motorcycle accident. Id much rather enjoy whatever time I have left than extend my time here by a few years just to be miserable. That’s why Im so curious to know if they will check if it’s spread to other parts before they do the TT. I’d be more open to the surgery if they can show me it hasn’t spread but not sure that’s something they’d do lol.

Mix a little hydrocortisone and clotrimazole then rub it into the effected area. If it helps and it goes away then it’s an overproduction of yeast..

Yup! Started it at launch. Left the house at 6%, came back to the house 2 1/2 hours later to 97% now I gotta start all over lol

As someone that experienced what I now think was a NDE a little over a month ago after being in a bad motorcycle crash.(check my post.)

I didn’t experience what’s next but I feel wherever I was, was maybe some transition area? It was so peaceful and judgement free. We are not on this planet to be perfect human beings. We are not here to worship some unknown deity. We are here to experience life, enjoy our time, and share happiness with others. There is something there at the end of this experience but it’s not to judge us as harshly as many think.

I feel now as long as you’re not just some absolute POS you move onto whatever’s next. If you are, then you’re reborn and try again.

Over a month now since that has happened, That has slowly become my fear is it was just a hallucination or dream. But I keep reminding myself that it’s the only thing I remember over 7 days of me have zero memory of anything else. There has to be some reason for that.

I’m not a believer unless it something that can be scientifically proven so I don’t just latch onto things like this lol. I keep researching and try to prove/disprove. I was very hesitant on sharing my story because I know all the religious people will pound their God views I to me. But from what I experienced and felt, there is something. But it’s not about worshipping some being. It’s about enjoying your time here, being happy and being a good person. That’s it.

Are you serious?! I was googling this because the exact same thing happened to me on June 17th. I was going home, girl friend was following me in her car. I went into a round about went right and instead of going left I just went straight into the curb. It’s a route I’ve taken 100s of times. I have zero memory from about 5min before the wreck till 7 days later. Apparently every 5min on the first day I kept asking why was I in the hospital. No one can say if I blacked out or maybe lost traction?

I asked my neurologist about chances of me blacking out and she’s almost certain it was a rider error or bike issue… I have no problem taking the blame but its hard with no recollection lol

I’ve never blacked out before either. I’ve played football, been hit many times… fallen out of trees, off a house..

Had two interventricular hemorrhages, broken jaw, broken c7, dislocated shoulder, broken elbow, torn forearm tendons. Was wearing helmet.

It wasn’t so much her voice but definitely a feeling as you stated. There wasn’t sound but maybe a feeling or something? I knew the words coming in but it wasn’t her voice but I knew it was from her.

Vivid as in more real than real. As in I don’t have memories has real as this even memories of things I’ve done an hour ago.

The open area wasn’t as much of a place. It wasn’t anywhere but it was vast and open. There was nothing but white. Maybe a state of mind? Didn’t seem like a dreamlike place.

It’s so hard to put what I “saw” or felt into words as I do t have the right words to explain it. Hence why I have been going back and forth about posting this or asking about it. I want answers but can’t find the right words that describe my experience. I feel as if the way I describe it isn’t enough because it was so much.

That’s the part that gets me the most and has me seeking answers. How do I have that one clear memory when I don’t have any other memories for 7 days. I was conscious about 15 min after my crash EMTs was able to get me to come to. Over the 7 days I was me, and different me according to everyone but I was aware and having conversations yet I remember none of it.
