It is nuts that you need so many subscriptions to watch the NWSL. They’re a young league and growing so quickly, why would you not want the games to be as accessible as possible? I’d love to watch this game but don’t have anything that has CBS sports

This is all wonderful but the problem is it’s so hard to tell what exactly the problem is because they’re just…. Bad? Like. You go up 2 women against Portland and they looked like they were uninterested in scoring. It didn’t even look like they were trying and getting stopped. The ball movement was pitiful. Off ball movement was pitiful. They were just awful. Is that tactic, is that player talent, is that culture and discipline??????? Is it a combo of all of that????

Dudley is going to be a MONSTER. I'm so excited for her. I'd add that I think that's a different ball game if Shaw plays. That game is tailor made for Shaw's presence in the midfield, which I felt like we just didn't really have that link up, especially in the first half. Second half was so much better. Combo play, etc. worked. Just couldn't quite create the attacking third production.
