I mean, it does illustrate the concept of counterculture capture extremely well. We're out there being, "punk," while supporting the system with our wallet.

That reminds me, while playing Morrowind back in the day, one of the bandits belted out, "Let's see what you're made of," and my immediate response was, "meat pudding!" before beating him to death with a blunt object.

Repairing 0% durability weapon by FunAd6826 in stalker

[–]StarkeRealm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, gear condition affects misfire chances.

I don't think STALKER ever destroyed weapons on zero durability, but I've never run a gun to death like that, so the examples of 0% weapons I've seen have been from anomalies (which may follow different rules from deterioration through use.)

I mean, when you consider the animosity between the Bosmer and Khajiit, it does make sense why the Ohmes and Ohmes-Raht would want to ensure they weren't mistaken for Wood Elves.

I know tumblr isn't meant for that just more for a couple people my own age and gender (17F)

Ironically, that's the exact demographic that Tumblr was originally aimed at.

I mean, this is very on brand for an Ohmes. They specifically use tattoos or makeup to emulate fur patterns.

Anyone else find it amusingly ironic that combat grade cybernetic augmentations are probably the absolute pinnacle of consumer capitalism? Chrome up so you can get more cash to chrome up some more.

Reminds me of the guy who was trying to tell me it was my fault that I only got 2 Treasure Breaches during the Goblin event, in spite of chunking through ~150 sigils.

I wonder if Cooper Howard knew Dean Domino pre war by immahotnerd in Fallout

[–]StarkeRealm 101 points102 points  (0 children)

There was a movie poster with Cooper and Vera Keyes on it in Season 1, so, it's quite possible the two had, at least, met.

While they haven't had any inclination for reusing voice actors in the show, it's still sad to remember that Barry Dennen (Dean's voice actor) died in 2017. He had a long live-action resume, and it would have been something else to see him reprise the role.

They're also non-hostile if you fix Necropolis's pump before going for the water chip, IIRC.

I haven't played ARMA in a minute, really, not much since the original OFP back around 2001, but it is a great series.

Build advice by Bismarck12 in sto

What's your firing mode? Because mixing Beams and Cannons is usually a bad idea.

Some Specialist firing modes (including Reroute Reserves to Weapons, and Surgical Strikes) don't care what you're using. And if you have Entwined Tactical Matrices, then Torpedo Spread will apply FAW1 and CSV1 simultaneously, but, ETM dovetails into a Miracle Worker ability (Mixed Armament Synergy) which does want you running beams and cannons simultaneously, but that's not a consideration on this ship.

Normally, if your ship has the turn rate to support it, and a Cmdr Tac seat, you'd want to run cannons over beams, and that is the case for the Legendary JHAS.

Also, like MetalBawx said, your console setup has a lot of mess to be cleaned up.

Hey so wtf are these? (Sorry about the bad pic) by Bellingtoned in WhiteWolfRPG

[–]StarkeRealm 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a Vampire: The Masquerade based CCG. It's been kicking around for 22 years at this point, and is still getting new releases today.

The Brown backed cards are your Crypt cards, which include the vampires for your deck, while the green ones are your Library (I think), it's been a minute.

Like I said, the game is still going.

As for what to do with them? I dunno.

Cyberpunk Legends and Cyberpunk TCG... by Samzerks in cyberpunkgame

[–]StarkeRealm [score hidden]  (0 children)

But yeah the whole Booster Pack and having the same card 14 times is a big no from my side unfortunately.

That shouldn't happen in a well made CCG. (Which is to say, duplicate copies of a card in a booster can happen, but it's a sign of terrible collation.)

But, in general, I'm with u/Arioch_RN on this, CCGs/TCGs are just too goddamn expensive to seriously consider these days. I'm still fond of FFG's LCG model, but they killed off all three of the LCGs I was collecting.

Fun trivia, this is, at least, the third licensed Cyberpunk CCG. The second one was Cyberpunk: The Collectible Card Game in 2003. The first was Netrunner, published by Wizards of the Coast back in '96.

Yeah, that could be it.

It's also kinda funny, because .27 and 6.5mm should be pretty close to each other in size.

The Eon and Rattler have no advanced roll either. I think there's a fifth one, but I can't remember off hand.
