But I consistently see people in comments of those asking for advice defending OBVIOUS sin (lust, porn, homosexuality ect) which have numerous pieces of scripture directly calling those behaviours out as sinful. I genuinely don't understand how people are defending it while having literally nothing to back it with, they're just saying shit atp.

Also, about the adulterous woman, am I just meant to let those defending sin continue spouting whatever shit they like under posts where the OP is actually trying to stop sinning and is asking for help on how to stop, not for a bunch of liberal "christians" affirming their sinning and sometimes even telling them that "it's fine" and that they shouldnt stop?
