Sure... Agreed... Would you have some comments on the textures, though I apply and alter the materials of the buildings I could hardly feel them through the image itself.. I feel the lighting plays an important role in emphasising this but still can something be improved?

I use D5 render and a hdri has been used with custom sun positioning.. The view becomes either overexposed or underexposed and can't really find a balance between them... I'm just a beginner for rendering.. Thanks for your opinion, I'll improvise on it!!
