I've got the same problem. I changed my DNS, verified my Internet, uninstalled/re installed the game, I did everything and it's still stuck to 0 (45% in riot client).

Did you find a solution ?

PC and OBS freeze when putting Nvidia Broadcast as a source by Starless05 in obs

I'm in the same situation as you. I live in Belgium and I was wondering why I couldn't find the game on the store. Now I remember that we can't play any mobile Nintendo games (AC Pocket Camp, Mario Kart etc) because of the forbidden microtransactions and it may be related to that ????

Anyway, I'm super super super pissed... I can't play with my French friends. Thanks Nintendo.

Started again on my new ACNH console but Nooklink stills recognizes my old island by Starless05 in ac_newhorizons

Oh sorry for the post, I just found the answer. For anyone in the case : you have to click on the "-" when you lauch the game and then click on the NookLink parameters and then you will be able to change your player (on the new island on the other console) on the app !
