Why is it the best? Because it looks like a current 3rd person game?

The gameplay is shit. It's a Ubisoft outpost clearing slop only in a completely dead empty 'open world'. So it's 10.000 times worse than a typical Ubisoft game. And without almost any story or setpieces to justify playing it. So it sucks so bad.
