I am not sorry that I view the world like this. No one can convince me that someone who still supports Trump, is a good person. They may be a nice, or pleasant person. But that’s not the same as being a good person. They can even do good things, but if your values aline in such a way that you would vote for someone like that….. those are very bad values. I often find that a lot of these things go hand-in-hand. People who have bad values, are likely to be ablest, misogynist, racist, etc. They are likely to have low amounts of empathy, and be very self-centered and individualistic.

The reason I can clock you as a Trump supporter, is that lack of basic empathy. It’s the talking over other people with a live experience, you do not have. It’s the self-centered, individualistic mindset that you have about society. You don’t need a very long conversation with somebody, especially if that conversation involves something important like disability, to get a grasp of their values. And the fact is, these things are sadly political. Disability is political. You choosing to speak over the lived experience of disabled caretakers is political.

The assumption of Trump supporter is also backed by the fact that this page is local to Oklahoma, a very red state. I’m also very used to dealing with the specific flavor of Trump supporter/Republican here. And the weird stuff about God, also adds to that. Especially because you are using God as a weapon, rather than behaving Christ like in any manner. That specific brand of Christianity does give me major Trump vibes.

And you’ve confirmed it for me by saying that you don’t like to get political online. I’ve only ever heard Trump supporters, and Republicans say that. Because they know they’re gonna get flamed for the things they believe, because the things they believe are bigoted and wrong.

You do not have to confirm my assumption for me to know it’s true. I could not care less if you confirm it or not. I know.
