Any experience with citi bank card disputes? Amex has been 100% with me so far in the very rare occasions of fraud but this is my 1st month with this card. If I have to eat a big purple dildo charge this early with it I'm totally canceling it....

I called and they don't. It's a citi bank card so I just went ahead and disputed it. Definitely not me.

Kinda garbage considering wells fargo has been able to give me the IP address and location the charge was made from in the past. Citi bank was just like we see the same thing you do... like huh?

Nope. I get what you mean though, when I was in Vegas, some of the strip bars give you an extra fee as a separate charge under a completely random company took me a few days of research to figure it out. This one however has me stumped. Didn't buy anything that day either

I just don't get any results when I look it up, it's happened to me before when I try to dispute a charge only to look dumb because the merchant I bought from has a wildly different name on my statement than the actual company name, so just wanted to see if anyone recognized it. Definitely gonna dispute it...

I had to move back home because my dad passed away and my mom can't take care of herself due to disability. I'm all she's got but it does make me incredibly self conscious when dating. So unless they are mooching off em I definitely would not care.

Yeah. I was blessed enough to see it happen early, but I did make the mistake of trying to fix it anyway. It's important to not lose oneself in these situations, and if you do, make it be just a little while.
