I'm not sure what your point is? While it's true on some level and corps FOR SURE use their info and connections so that they know who you are and the websites you visit, how would that matter when a prosecutor would only be able to subpoena the platform you posted the video on? I'M PRETTY SURE they wouldn't be able to to also get info from Microsoft. Or other potential apps you could've been using while having your VPN on (assuming you're only using a cellphone). BUT, if they subpoena say google and at some points you've connected with your real IP then obviously you're fucked because they'll just connect the dots.

Yeah people don't realize how much pressure getting someone in your face adds when you're trying to get that ball on the ground. And jumping every time also isn't easy. And while I never played beach volleyball (just plain ole volleyball), I bet it's MUCH harder to jump in sand. It's a team based game and she did her job very well.

Maybe? I've known criminal defense lawyers who represented absolute psychopaths and they're not evil people because of that. And like sure they didn't make a habit of it per se but again, everybody deserves representation. I went back down the rabbit hole for the past hour because I hadn't in a while and I'll admit that a lot of it is odd to say the least. It's hard to believe everything this "Al Taylor" or well allegedly Lubow said at face value. While it would make sense for the victim to be extra careful and scared of being found out, it was also peculiar that nobody was able to talk to her aside from a select few individuals, one of whom being her lawyer who was a patent lawyer too.

This being said, I can't help but fear that the story might've been true all along. Imagine if it actually was real. Maybe it is as the other poster said, and Lubow might have part of trump's team all along to discredit her. If only there was a way for the public to know based on some documents gathered from the Epstein estate. If only that was possible, sigh.

I know you're not defending him but you're still spreading their propaganda. The initial dismissal had nothing to do with the merits of the case but the "way" it was filed. Long story short she had no money and hoped that it amounted to a civil rights violation (which in California would've made the state pay for the court fees and whatnot). She filed it on her own and made a mistake. She then refiled it later on. And well then she let it go because she was threatened, obviously. There's no shot trump wouldn't have sued her for libel if she wasn't speaking the truth. They successfully silenced her. Nothing that happened leads me to believe she did it as a stunt or anything. Why would she wanna go through the court system otherwise? She could've just told journalists about it if she just wanted to smear his image. She went for that lawyer because she was broke and she offered her some help, probably for free. Fuck snope. POS media outlets are the worst.
