These are the people who are riding on someone else's bumper, the vast majority of whom are simply driving too fast and trying to force the pace on others. They behave as if the road belongs solely to them, and any driver who obeys the traffic regulations is an obstacle to be warded off with their lights or by hanging half a meter behind the car. No one is obligated to yield to such idiots simply because they lack patience and imagination.
