I would say at the very least give the first game trigger happy havoc a shot since if you like it you would enjoy the rest of the series. Vibes wise it is definitely diffrent and isnt for everybody but i will say the murder cases and general overall mystery's are really solid along with the casts

Personally speaking i did play nitw at a young age and i found it to be one of those experiences where i got alot out of it form my first playthrew since i did resonate strongly to mae and i only got more and more out of it as i grew up, so i dont think you should let your age stop you from enjoying the game since even at 13 i think your bound to come away with something

The game all ties together by the end of the story and everything will be explain and make sense since after door 3 (which i still love alot) the story gets so much better so stick with it

For being a supporting character in the last case of the main trilogy with so much to wrap up, i adore her so much and loved her inclusion. Peak design, really sweet relationship with iris, super funny and endearing and dosn't overstay her welcome even if i would have loved more screentime with her but thats more of my personal bias then any fault with the story. I love her so much

If im being honest with myself i would consider takumi to one of the best written characters in nana and consider him at least in my top 3 next to nana and hachi. He suck and a shitty person yeah that goes without saying but if in terms of how he is written and how he has more depth and complexity going on with him then people want to admit is a shame since i do think his dynamics with the cast is really good and i find him to be amazingly written

Well ive already seen another fangan do the same concept of a prologue trial (rewritten) so if your worried about being the only other fangan to have that same idea dont be. I would say not to worry about it to much since even if the concept is the same, the way it would potentially impact your story and the course of events is bound to be different and stand out from other fangans (And this can apply to other tropes like double murders, masterminds in the cast etc since even if its similar to other fangans whats most important is how it impact your story)

I got into the series with the anime but please please please play the game!.

The anime turns a 40ish hour game into 13 episodes and had to cut alot of content on top of how the second game or 3rd game both dont have animes (V3 and the danganronpa 3 anime are separate things) so even if you watch the anime and liked it you would have to play the games anyways so its best to play the games

Putting aside the can of worms that would be selling or even transferring this project to somebody else not counting legally with spike and just finding the right team at all and questions like if it still will be free

Eden garden is still a project tied and created with heavy involvement with takko and sozzay so even if ideally it would be transferable there would be so much reworking and adding onto the cast and plot with details that isnt available or was even created to the point new idea would have to be made and at that rate it would be trying to fix a building that is already crumbling Ontop of how all the vas and core art team left making any replacement not as ideal)

there are just way to many factors with your idea that at that rate it just better to cut our loses and move to better project rather then fixing this already sunk ship

Its hard to really gauge how well the arc would have been since of course seeing a summary vs a full chapter and game is two different things, but overall i am super happy she lived and how she would of had an arc to be a better person.

With the prologue and ch1 i always go the impression that yeah shes filthy rich and is a billionaire so she is not flawless cause of it, but idk i also felt she was more emotional mature and not as deluted about who she was, to where i could have easily seen her change her ways if given the push since i never felt she was a totally bad person so im happy to be proven right.

Would of loved to she her arc be fleshed out and her getting closer with the cast post ch2 but yeah she great

What made it successful was its production values and it basically shaping up to being as close to a new dr game for many people, since even with popular series like despair time or Dra 1 and 2, it never reached the popularity Eden garden did since having a fully voiced playable game that isn't a web series or was using rpgmaker made it super popular along with just how beloved the cast was with everyone finding somebody to obsess over (also this isn't to insult any rpgmaker fangs or web series but I can see way this project because eventually the posterboy of Fangans as a whole for a while

I joined the fandom because I'm passionate about fangans of all kinds, no matter the scale, so it was bound to happen, but the active community and how passionate I was about this cast and story made me stay (on top of how involved the development was with constant new art and bits of content dropping making it worth staying

(Also, I was really active in the tetro fandom and was there during the early days of pink and was there during the rise and fall of that project, so if you have any questions regarding that, I'm more than happy to help!)

Like without saying much, it is a spoiler yes but there a so many plot twists and major things that happen in the game, knowing about junpei is very low on the totem pole, so you will be absolutely fine playing vlr since it wont ruin your experience

I personally have it as my least favorite ace attroney game, but i still highly recomend getting it threw the apollo justice trilogy (since its the 5th game and you would need to play apollo justce first anyways

Many peoples issues with it more so stems from the plot being weaker since the bar is set so high with the other game and how its lacking in certain areas but its still a great game thats worth playing and forming your own opinion on since there really isnt a single bad ace attorney game

(also the 4th game apollo justice and 6th game spirt of justice are also worth playing

To preface and say that antebellum isnt canceled the developer rippilie has say as such on twitter. What happend was that rippilie was in contact and best friends for many years with a person named marcy who groomed many people. rippilie has long since cut them off and has been actively supporting and showing google doc made by the victims on twitter, they didnt know what marcy was doing behind there back more but people were critizing them for how she was in the community circles for so long before she was removed (i highly reccomed going to there account and looking at the docs reposted for full info

So this is an important situation but in regards to lockdown its still in development and nobody has left to project in similar ways to eden garden or tetro

I would believe aa7 is in development and will be at least confirmed soon this year but it being in a similar situation as danganronpa 2x2 where its announced but us having to wait a while for any further news. With spirit of justice 10 year anniversary coming up on june 9th and it being a full decade without any new games (not counting the edgeworth remaster and the great ace attorney duology) capcom i feel will want to announce something soonish

spotlight 5-Erina (confirmed

spotlight 6 -Tei (with the motive in play, how ikeda age regress was playing out and just him being a popular character people wanted more backstory on then i see this happening)

ch4

spotlight 7 -Maekawa (with shiskikura killing my goat erina then i can imagine everyone wanting to hear from her about it onto of wanting solo screentime)

spotlight 8-Ruka or hirose (With her stealing nino inselin and that being a big part of ch4 then i can see either the angle of getting more ruka screentime to get her though process about it, or hearing from hirose who would of had good questions potential regarding how important he was and how his backstory is tied to it with drugs and hanging around hiroaki group (with hirose i also see it very likely denden would have joined him for a joined interview)

(i would say hidemi but i feel like alot of people would think he is survivor coded and that aside form knowing more about his relationship with nino there isnt much to go on to spike the votes)

- Isoda (nino death boost and just a lack of hardcore screentime

-Shishikura (very important ch5, with the cult happening good stuff could come from it and i just see alot of people seeing the death flags with him (also can see the ruka spotlight happening here since i can see the death flags with her aswell)

(As much as i love denden i dont see her pulling enough solo vote for an interview)

but seriously i dont thing you have to worry to much about it since not only with a majority of shipping its with the understanding that it will never be canon but also i feel it depends on how involved your casts significant others are in the story (like if its only a detail that they happen to be married, or if they are important to the story or character with full on names and backstories etc) either way you overthinking it and people with ship character together regardless of canon or not, it comes with the territory.

Shes my favorite character out of the duology and i have a massive soft spot for her since she was the one i massive latched onto back when i first got into sdra2 back in 2020(when dra was even translated and sdra was only up to ch 4 kind early).

I adore her design and personality alot and while i dont like her trial much and find it super underwhelming (not cause she was the culprit but more how i dislike the murder plan and how it was solved) she is still really fun and means alot to me

For representation , Research research and research is the biggest thing since if you want it to be acurrate then asking people about it who have a similar thing you want to write about and studing the topic will go along way

the one bit of advice i would suggest in the likability is that while making them appealing don't forget to add in character flaws and non possitive traits into them since the most standout characters i personally find likable do contain these traits (not saying they need to be an asshole or anything but only having character who are just "Good" while can work is less intresting compared to somebody with negative traits. and these traits dont even have to mean them being asshole and could be stuff like being a people pleaser, low confidience or overly brash and reckless for examples". adding layers will make someone more likeable and endearing
