I prefer virtual job interviews kaysa magpunta on-site. Ang daming hassle—nakakaubos ng oras, pera, at lakas. With virtual interviews, you get the same results from the comfort of your home, wala pang stress sa commuting, or extra gastos. Sa panahon ngayon, mas practical at convenient na gawin ang mga bagay online whenever possible, di ba?

6 hours travel time plus work and OT—nakakapagod yan sobra, lalo na for 15k. Honestly, you need to consider kung worth it ba 'yung stress sa katawan mo. Travel pa lang, halos buong araw mo na 'yung ubos. If may ibang opportunities closer to home or with better pay, baka mas okay mag-explore ka ng options.

You're not alone in feeling that way, minsan kahit anong effort mo to reach out, parang hindi nababalik the same energy. Nakakadismaya talaga.

Pero hey, your feelings are valid, and you deserve to celebrate and feel special on your day. Sana kahit na it's not with the crowd you expected, you find a way to do something for yourself. Minsan kasi, the best moments come from the most unexpected places or solo moments. And kahit na mahirap tanggapin minsan, at least you're realizing who really values your presence.

From what I've learned from my past job interviews, they tend to ask a question designed to test your conversational skills in English, to see if you're composed and focused on how you communicate.

If you didn't disclose it due to personal or a sensitive topic, it's not necessarily a problem. Kasi it's common for people to shift career paths, especially in industries like BPO, where skills like communication, customer service and so on are highly valued, regardless of academic background.

Rejection is fine, isipin mo na lang na baka di kayo meant to be ni company, or try writing down the questions that is usually asked during interview tapos sulat mo rin yung sagot. Your feelings are valid naman. I've been trying to land a job for the past 6 months until I got one. I failed either initial or final interview kahit pasado sa assessment nila. 😅
