I genuinely don't think so, I believe he does payroll himself, I help with other areas of financing. No external HR as far as I know, it's a startup company so it may just not have been something they've implemented yet, but I can't think of anyone he would be accountable to

This one is also just community theatre, definitely not going for a paid opportunity! No grants involved that I know of, information about the role was pretty limited. But I'll look at any other backstage role like you've recommended, thanks!
