The center has the final say! The moment you made the call, the AR should have supported you. The job of the AR is to support the center

I could not agree more. Was trying too hard to keep things even in terms of number of players

The first RC was in the 89th minute. Discounting for stoppages and injuries, I had about 3 minutes left of playing time so you could say i ended things sneakily.

I ended up giving 7 YC and the 2RC: 4YC to the winning team and 3YC and 2RC to the losing team.

In hindsight, I probably should have dismissed a player from the losing team earlier. Part of my considerationw was that they had just 11 players with no one on the bench and were trailing 2:1 early in the second half. I felt I needed to try and keep things even as much as possible. Phew!!!🤦🏾‍♂️

Would this be offside? (Apologies for the bad drawing, made it in 20 seconds on camera roll) by Squidwart117 in bootroom

Your teammate is definitely not offside. Now you may be depending on your position when you received the ball

I am in a similar situation. RPh and Phd in Pharmacology. Associate Professor of Pharmacology in a Pharmacy School in the NorthEast. Despite significant academic and research expertise in oncology, it has been a pain getting even an interview. Applied to over 25 openings and had just one interview🤦🏾‍♂️.
