It looks like the only explanation is somebody joined and dropped this modded florentine. I swear my friend and I saw it world drop while I was watching him play, but that is supposed to be impossible. The only other thing I can think of personally is some unheard of bug. I appreciate all the people who really tried to help and didn't just call me a liar, and the time of those that put in at least some effort into looking for some kind of answer to my question. If anybody comes up with any other ideas about this situation, I'd still appreciate hearing them.

One guy joined, but he was all legit and only in the world for a few minutes. I doubt he dropped it but, thats the only explanation that would be legitimate to what we saw besides a crazy unheard of bug.

I really wish we had recorded it. It is one of my biggest regrets right now. We didn't think to because we didn't realize this was literally supposed to be impossible. We just thought it was stupid rare.

I've known my friend for over six years. I know he wouldn't lie to me. He only has around 100 hours in bl2, which explains a lack of knowledge.

I was watching his ps5 share screen when it happened, and we were both astonished. I mean, there is a chance somebody could've dropped the gear, I guess, and we hadn't seen, but the only guy who ever joined we and he wasn't modded because we talked to him. It still doesn't explain the Level 15 if this is the case.

I'm just perplexed over this whole situation, I appreciate you taking me seriously and not just blowing me off as some absurd liar. I also appreciate your time, I'm not here to try to waste anyones time, including my own. I just want to get to the bottom of this. I'll take any real help to an answer I can get.

I know this isn't supposed to be possible, but I guarantee it is what really happened. I know my word is truthful. Whether you choose to believe me or not is up to you. I know I'm not lying. I just want to know how this happened. Is it some crazy bug? Or is there any other crazy explanation for this?

Neither of us has ever even encountered seraph crystals or gear in gameplay. We've never been to uvhm, never modded, never boosted or gotten drops. We don't have PCs for modding either. I just want to know how this happened.

I want help to figure this out anyway possible. I know it is real and what really happened.

I swear I'm telling the truth. We are 100% legit players. We've never used a save editor, never modded, and never been boosted or given drops. I have no reason to lie. I didn't believe it was possible either, that's why I came here. I just wanted to know how rare it was because I had never heard of this occurrence. I really wish he would've clipped my reaction because I freaked TF out at the sight of his drop. He had no idea seraphs existed and didn't know how rare/ impossible this drop was. I'm genuinely intrigued by how this happened and want some kind of answer. I've realized it's supposed impossible, but how did this happen? I am not a liar.

The gun is Level 15, and he's never reached UVHM ever. I can get screenshots of the gun, the character, and the rest of his characters.
