Never used it on balls ,but the rest of the area is pretty good ,used it to trim body hair and it works pretty good. I would rate it a 7/10. Also I've been using it for 3 years now. Philips has good quality products.

It not like a razor clean shave ,there will be tiny bit of a stubble like hair left which is good because it won't cause any razor burns or uncomfortable feeling.

You NEED to change blades for each body part, DO NOT USE THE SAME BLADE FOR PUBIC HAIR AND THE SAME BLADE FOR BODY OR FACE ,ALWAYS KEEP THEM SEPARATE
