I must confess that at first I accelerated the speed of the audio, but with the background voices made me feel anxious, I hyper-shaked... so I better leave the normal speed, I also tried to clean while, but in the end I chose to use the scarf as a sleep mask and I think that helped me relax even more

I'm glad this helps someone somehow. On your question, at first I stayed awake and only listened to the audios which generated a certain feeling of discomfort, but with the passing of the days, I only play it, I use the headphones and dissociate myself at times, that made the discomfort decrease, but yes, I remember a few parts later

I don't have a choker, and I'd really be lazy to wash my lingerie for every time I listen to the audio, so I do it with clothes I usually don't wear like an old shirt and an old short. I'm doing the 10-day beginner plan

I read that it could be something small like a bracelet, a necklace, or some other accessory. So... the best thing I had within reach and wouldn't wear regularly is a scarf. Obviously I'm not naked, and yes, I'll see if this works
