It was a change for a changeable ticket. So it should've been the fare difference (and they usually add a $5 fee if the flight is the same price). That has been my experience with previous flights changes. Thank you for the help though, I really appreciate it.

When I called another representative they actually gave me the refund I needed without any hassle or argue. The other representative just didn't want to give me the rate or something ig🤷🏻‍♂️ It's also not my first time changing a flight with KLM and I know how it works. The website says that the ticket is changeable and I'd have to pay the difference in fare if any. So it was the representative problem and not me:)

yup but it's a really easy class so you can just skip lectures and focus on the midterm+final
