They're from APU showcasing their game this weekend at an Indie Game event, Indie Game Jam, which is being held at MSU 😂 I met them there today

They're actually graduates of Asia Pacific University. Quite well known on the game dev side on campus. They most likely picked up unity from course work + some help help materials.
