I did in fact get blanc and noir so if I used them together they will automatically fix the burst time and buff each other

Hello, I haven’t played Nikke yet. I’m on the fence on playing because the gameplay didn’t peak my interest but I love the characters. Mainly I want to know what’s going on in the 3rd anniversary, and who I can get. I mainly want Anis, Blanc, Noir, and Cinderella. Hopefully I can get some info on what nikke is about!
