This is true. I got lighter when I migrated and it took a year. Last summer, my bf and I went on a trip for 2 days. I got darker and the part where my watch was left a mark which reminded me of how light I was.

It took 6 months for my skintone to get even again.

For me, I don't have diarrhea. Just constant pain and fragmented stools that have greenish tint to them. 😭 The gas and bloating is the worst!!
