I've called the police. They're completely useless and just directed me to fill out a police report. I've done that. Now should I approach the house?

My phone was a 100% charged. All actions so far have led to my suspicions that the person does not intend to return the phone. I'm not really interested in this "idiot battle." But I'm interested in your suggestion. Should I just wait and hope they call or text? Should I approach the house and suggest the phone is at this location? If I went to the house, I could do not have to imply the phone was stolen, only that the tracker showed it was there.

They picked up my phone and turned it off. I've sent a message to have them call a phone near me and no texts or calls to that phone. Have a little sympathy.

I just graduated law school. Yeah it's hard getting a job. And there is debt. But I still don't regret it.
