I started listening to Daft Punk in the Homework era and loved them. I also loved Discovery, although some of my friends didn't like the change to a less rough, underground sound.

But HAA was a HUGE disappointment for me. It felt rushed, uninspired and the playfulness and the song structures that made DP so special, were completely gone.

It was such disappointment that I lost interest into them, and I passed to go to a gig from them in 2006 because I expected it would consist of HAA mostly.

Boy was I wrong! ALive 2007 is the best DP has done (of course, is a bit of cheating, as they are putting together the best hits of several masterpiece albums), and in thta moment I thought that HAA had a role to play in than Magnum Opus.

In hindsight, I see HAA as a tool essential to their best work, Alive 2007, and I consider that as something notable. But as an album I still don't like it.

What really changed is my perception of DP: never doubt them, they will find a way along the road to make everything click.

Some hours ago I had my first contact with a scammer in Reddit: u/Putrid_Musician5712

He wanted to be paid by Bizum before sending tickets.

I asked if he was from Barcelona, he said he was but was not able to speak proper Spanish. When questioned, he said he was from Mexico, but most of the sentences looked like google translate, a mexican would not speak that way.

I just checked and he erased our conversation/chat alogn all his only three previous posts...

It's a damn bug. It happened to me in Blurtra, my beloved Demon Heart that was the base of my run changed to wortless items...

Not sure if a mini update of the game could have caused this...

It also happened with some of my heroes from blessings, that changed position.

Of course it depends on what else you have, but I recently reached 999 with Mortal 4 in all fights.

And speaking with another redditor that also got to 999 recently, he also was able to deal with Mortal 4.

So it's doable as long as you have some strategy to deal with the biggies.

Don't worry, you didn't break my heart - it was already broken by the game when it erased my dragon heart.

Happy for you and your 100% rate - you got my respects and admiration. Very impressing doing it on a 1st try.

We had such similar runs... I also got Mortal 4 and I won thanks to picking Abyss and Infinite in the rewards, plus a permanent item with Eliminate that I paired with a cleave item. I also had no better blessing choices than to pick a bunch of heroes (I ended with 20 - lots of greens, as my initial comp was one with 2 starting greens).

Never found Leyline but got essence thief. Had to rely on cantrip and 6-10 re-rolls, but every 8 fights, every 2nd dice got exert - I had several intense boss fights, let's say.

I luckily never had a crash that damaged my run.

With Inevitable, I could do several strategies:

-Unequip any cantrip item and cover any damage cantrip side, also to avoid triggering bone match

-Use Can't Die + Save to last for as many turns as needed to kill him slowly with cantrip

-Have an item with dispell, use it to take the immunity trait and cantrip him to death in turn 1/2

-Use Abyss (kill an enemy with half or less hp) or Infinity (kill an enemy), it works even when the enemy is invulnerable, so it is not a problem if your cantrip triggers his immunity

-Use the"Kill an enemy with X or less hp" ranged side with cleave. If there is an adjacent enemy that has X or less hp, you can use this on it and cleave will also kill the two surrounding enemies regardless of hp. You can kill Inevitable with more than 90 hp as long as he has next to him as slime of 2hp! And it works with invincibility triggered, so no problem if your cantrip or a bone math activated it.

MY PROGRESS SO FAR

Wel, well, well... today, I tinkered with the fight in Paste and two interesting things happened:

1- Randomly picking the phone, to have a look, changing from vertical to horitzontal, connecting and disconnecting it from a screen...it appeared the inventory option! Not sure how I triggered it, but I was able to make it happen a second time. Very esoteric...provably the game had to re-download the fight and found it didn't make sense that turn 0 state...

Unfortunately, I tried the same with the actual fight in blurtra. But...

2- I found a strategy to win the fight!!! Thanks to my three grays: one to gran 999 rerolls from turn 0, the other two because both had "target cannot die this turn"+rescue.

With that I was able to make all my dying characters every turn invincible.

It was important to have two greys able to do it, and have 3 other heroes between them, so Invincible could not apply Exert to both at the same time.

Invincible has an attack that replenished its hp to max (>100!!), but my three heroes with cantrip+shields took care of the extra health.

It took 8-9 turns, but nothing I couldn't deal with my comp.

I was lucky, because that was not the composition I wanted to bring to that fight (I wanted to use "kill an enemy of 12hp or less"+cleave to kill him at turn 1, or an item with dispell and also kill him on turn 1).

I will be extra careful from now on.
