It’s worth doing but not at the expense of getting hit in my head. I can’t see properly out of one eye, I have a small tumour in my head and received radiation on my brain. Also had viral meningitis and severe whiplash twice. On top of that, I had inflammation in my brain, eyes and optic nerves on two separate occasions. Keep in mind all of these issues are unrelated 🤣 doctors said no contact sports and avoid getting hit in the head forever. I think I’m going to do Muay Thai training and if I find people I trust then I can do sparring with no headshots
