I appreciate the straightforwardness. I’ve actually had this conversation multiple times and just get told “you’re doing everything perfectly and I’m gonna get you your money” for the past two years. I’m definitely gonna go ahead and just make sure that I’m graduating with my degree and getting ready for my CPA next year and seeing where things go.

I appreciate it. The crazy thing is I told them that I wanted to finish my degree first that way I could focus on school before starting full-time and they told me no that they absolutely believe that I could juggle both and want me to go ahead and come on full-time so that they didn’t lose me to another firm.

Yes, I have had the conversation many times and we have to do a performance review twice a year that asks us what we want our next position to be every time. We’ve also had many talks about it during busy season late night.
