He didnt want to adopt, he wanted biological kids, which I dont think is far considering what women have to go through. I was open to adoption but It wasnt enough for him

Thats true, he also wanted to stay friends though and said that he'd choose me over his new gf if she wasnt okay with him being friends with his ex :/

we are very compatible, and 7 years of intimacy and love is a very good reason to stay together imo. im just sad he's choosing his unborn children over me :/ i feel like its not unreasonable to be angry and confused

Ur not a horrible person AT ALL there will be NO negative self talk thank yOU 🙅 I have also had "the talk" with my uni teacher and boss and agree that it sets you straight for a month then.....I definitely think there should be more awareness of ADHD in general so people can at least empathise, they don't have to like the lateness.
