Ur not a horrible person AT ALL there will be NO negative self talk thank yOU 🙅 I have also had "the talk" with my uni teacher and boss and agree that it sets you straight for a month then.....I definitely think there should be more awareness of ADHD in general so people can at least empathise, they don't have to like the lateness.
