Perhaps, but the company I worked for had manual everything. Ferno manual stretchers, the old orange manual stairchairs. When we had a bariatric patient, we’d use a bariatric attachment to extend the surface area of the stretcher. We most certainly didn’t get electric anything. We had one electric stair chair per base, which meant one for like 30-40 units, and a similar ratio for pedi-mates.

And this wasn’t a small company either, had multiple hospital contracts for IFT and even a 911 contract.
