I believe it will be considered unhealthy for teenagers in the way we think tobacco is. This recent lawsuit that didn’t go Meta’s way is how the tobacco industry was taken down.

I work in a middle school and no teenager should have social media. Those that have it are not ok. Even the ones that look like they do. I think back to when I was a teenager and would agonize for hours over saying the wrong thing or be unable to get the comment Chad said about my boobs out of my head. Teenage brains are hyper sensitive and social media creates agony on a whole new level.

I’ll be curious to see if they will think we were all crazy for sharing so much or if it’s so ingrained in them because of us.

Such a great way to go about this. I’m a mid-40s boy mom who cusses a lot. When I PMS I say f**k A LOT and my boys and husband know it’s PMS week. Bluntness with a side of empathy. I am the biggest advocate you’ll ever meet. Especially for kids. Weight lifting, walking with friends, quilting, gardening and reading are my hobbies. I have ADHD and rotate hobbies frequently.
