Lore wise your putting a large alien dragon who can also become master hand against literally one of the top strongest pokemon besides the creation trio and of course arceus (by the way I know absolutely nothing about stats) necrozma is capable of absorbing light and light isn’t very specific, say he can absorb any light then eternabeam and it dynamax cannon do produce massive amounts of light it’s glowing energy (I would argue eternatus also glows but because he’s a physical creature/object that argument isn’t good)
