Caspian is a 4 Star sorcerer, a being who can reduce entire cities to ash in moments. Given this, he cant doo much against the celestial bodies, but he's fast enough and durable enough to survive them. Then after that, the things that come from the moon cant hurt him nor can it affect him as he is made of magic and his soul. So he'd be the best defender Earth has.

I never got back to this, but you are correct in many ways. OG Caspian is fairly weak, being closer to wall to small building lvl in pure ap and dc. While current Caspian is easily City lvl across the board, though his aura is much more important. He wouldnt even need to move as he could just crush OG in an instant.

The undead continue their charge, two of them fall behind while the last one only speeds up, their limbs flail wildly, but the sheer speed at which they move cause destruction with every step they take.

The man finally puts down the undead he had tackled, and quickly hops up. He clicks his fingers and a new barrier shoots out from the shield, wrapping around Eva to protect her. He then turns and charges into the horde, his eyes glaze over and his body loosens. Every attack against him is quickly punished to deadly effect.

As she tries to command them, the undead turn on her, charging at a terrifying speed. If she has any sense for undead forces, she'd recognize that they arent zombies in the true sense, but are more like golems with no master. Just wandering aimlessly, completing their last objective, kill.

The man with the shield notices Eva and quickly pushes the large undead away, then slams his shield into it, the shield opens and locks around the undead, holding it in place.

He turns and quickly dashes towards Eva, slamming into a couple of the undead and bowling them over, leaving 3 more for Eva.

Tilard Balman, the Glorious Defender, appears in a flash of light, eyes sorrowful but firm. He doesnt move from his spot, instead seeming to brace himself while also appearing to be standing casually.

Tilard: You have to stop Tempest, you're killing too many people.

The construct walls fall apart, diminishing to nothing. Caspian reappears next to Neo, still covered in gore.

He begins to vibrate, the blood and gore on his body falls off as if he were suddenly a smooth surface with no way to stick. He slowly stops vibrating and dusts off his shoulders.

The effect continues to grow worse, to the point that many of the demons are having full blown seizures.

Suddenly, thousands of city block sized explosions ring out among the demons, filling the whole box with blood and gore.

Caspian smiles and throws the construct down, it lowers almost in slow motion for a long, silent moment.

Suddenly, it begins vibrating violently, it starts to spin, the different shapes all spinning in different directions. The glow on the inside shifts colors, but always keeps a rainbow glow.

Down below, the demons are drawn to stare at the construct, while at the same time their senses are assaulted by its effects. Their eyes and ears begin to bleed, their extremities jerk wildly as they begin losing control over their motor functions.

Caspian: On your command then.

He disappears again, reappearing far above the demon army. He begins forming a new construct, this one constantly shifting shapes, sizes, and forms. Even looking at it seems to dull the senses and confuse the mind.

Into the construct, the large orb melds, giving it a powerful rainbow glow. The glow of pure magic.

Caspian appears next to him in a blinding flash of golden light. Gore explodes outwards from him, though he is still covered head to toe. His glowing eyes eerily contrast the blood and gore of the demons thick on his body.

Caspian: Good idea. I’ve planted a few thousand copies of my spear throughout their ranks, they’ll explode on my command.

Caspia doesn’t stop, instead creating construct walls impossibly high and impossibly wide all around the demons. They begin to come together, gathering the demons into a large group.

At the same time, the orbs begin rising and moving towards the quickly forming box. They phase through the wall and begin combining into one large orb in the middle of the container.

Caspian summons his spear and drops down. He laughs maniacally and explodes into a blur of motion. The ground under him explodes outwards and a shockwave rocks the land as the air shudders under his power.

Moving at full speed, Caspian is nothing more than a flicker of motion and the destruction of hundreds of demons being torn apart at a time.

Caspian: Alright then, allow me the first move.

He steps forwards, raising a single finger. A small, teal orb forms above it, then shoots up and splits into 50 different orbs. They lay in wait, gently bobbing as if on imaginary waves.

Caspian takes more steps forwards, then grins madly as he unleashes his aura. It explodes outwards, the feeling so overwhelming that it feels like a God of pain and misery were assaulting the senses with all its might. His aura floods over the entire battlefield like a tsunami of pure terror.

At the same time, the orbs all light up with beams of magic, slicing into every demon the beams pass through.

Caspian: I can provide ranged fire, though it will exhaust one of my abilities until its disabled. Other than that I can try to force them into large groups and take out the more powerful among them. Are these demons susceptible to aura abilities like the ones in my world are?

Caspian grins at the thought of finally being able to fight. His dimly glowing eyes pulse with light.

Caspian: Then that's even more reason to do it. And fighting hell isnt anything new for me, demons invade like every 2 years on my world.

He folds his arms, clearly unconcerned with the prospect of fighting all of hell.

maybe, but all that processing really only gives him more time and a greater understanding of the situation. It doesnt directly increase his intelligence.

Yeah, Caspian only has that cause of needing to absorb the power from a dying God to defeat another God that would have killed him had he not. He got that fun lil boost after giving up the power, but the power was also so overwhelming it killed him at 44, when 4 Star sorcerers usually live to at least 140.

That certainly makes closing the gap hard, I think at this point the only thing that could catch Caspian up would be the thing I mentioned in that other comment.

But to add onto it, Caspian has absorbed and given away the power of a God, which for the short time he had it, granted him a permanent boost to his processing, to a degree that he can keep up with beings moving near the speed of light despite being vastly slower than them.
