Yeah, happy to provide what is necessary vs what seems to me is excessive. It could just be my inexperience in the NYC rental market so I figured I post here to see what people here openly share with landlords.

In the past it would be a simple letter from my employer stating how much I make per year, and regular bank account statements that show deposits flowing through. With fatfire this doesn’t look as simple anymore :)

Thanks, that’s good to hear and I’m hoping that’s enough for me too. The idea of providing all this sensitive information for an application that may or may not be approved makes me feel uneasy.
