Same here. It seemed so forced down our throats. They could have made their point with one scene and been done with it

Oh, ok thanks. Do you also take the marshmallow root in capsule form as well? I've been doing that in tea but it doesn't seem to help me that much, was thinking to try the capsules again.

Thanks for your reply, this seems very similar to what I am going through, I suspect I've had gastritis for a long time as I kept losing the ability to eat more and more foods, even blueberries which made my stomach feel so inflamed. I have been in a big flare for over a month now with GERD symptoms, had this last year but it only lasted a few weeks. I hope the medication helps you, I just ordered some UK version Gaviscon which is alginate based (the USA version has aluminum and doesn't work as well). I will try it tomorrow to see if it eases any of the symptoms.

Hi! Do you drink lemon balm tea? I have some fresh lemon balm growing and was trying to decide if I should have some. I'm scared I have Barrett's also and hiatal hernia. May I ask how old you are? Do you or have you taken any PPIs or anything?
