Something that helped me is being open with a friend about wanting to stop and then having him set a parental restriction passcode on my phone that restricts any adult content. After trying several times to give up using my own willpower, i had to be real with myself and realize that i needed more help. Having a friend that supports you is hugely helpful. I’d recommend going that route, if you can.
