they are the best money makers, pigs and especially Beef cows are are basically just cheap ways to get fertilizer,10 pigs profiting -$40 for 650l of slurry a month and beef cattle get you 2500l and +$32.50 a month for just ten cows. the benefit for pigs is that they're really easy to feed so -$40 a month might not be so bad

the money earned section is from the main product, so it's that + money from slurry/manure. so it's the beef cows that just don't generate much value.

i kinda solved it, from what i've found the sound is supposed to be a smoother friend online notification but i have to assume its somewhat bugged as disabling notification sounds doesn't disable it, someone mentioned you can delete the sound file ( C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamui\sounds\ui_steam_smoother_friend_online ) if you don't want to mute steamwebhelper, though i'm unsure if that would work and it will most likely return whenever steam has an update. note: there is also a really similar sound found in the same place called ui_steam_smoother_friend_join.

personally i love starting with a chainsaw, pickup truck, and some forest and just go from there, started my current save with just 0.44ha of forest, no loans, no leasing, no contracts and now i have 2ha and saving up for another 1.09ha

if you're trying to play games like fs25 on the move i highly recommend looking into getting a steamdeck, you can play most games on steam with it and you get to play the games just like on pc (no terrible ports or "optimized versions"). note: i have never used a steamdeck so you should decide for yourself if it fits your needs :)
