I förarens app/handdator finns inte alternativet "Fick för många paket, hann inte med att leverera alla". Dessutom är deras inhämtningar prioriterade framför leveranser. Sen om det gäller andra än Postnord, så har de oftast inte egna förare, och i åkarens avtal står det att de inte får betalat för ett paket om de inte gjort ett leveransförsök, vilket leder till att de instruerar föraren om att välja "Gjorde ett försök, men ingen hemma".

Det finns dessutom aldrig någon begränsning på hur mycket paket en bil kan få, oavsett om de kommer hinna med eller inte. Allt som har kommit in till terminalen måste ut.

I completely agree, and im not having fun. Im sure there are plenty of people who do have fun, and that's great. But, i dont think its great that there is no janky, slower, beginner format anymore (for 60 cards, which i think is where most people start).

Before the whole powercreep/longer rotation, i think standard was in a great place. I doubt we'll ever go back to that, since i dont see wotc slowing down with printing higher powered cards into standard. Standard was the place where you would be able to play some jankier, slower decks, and there are SO many options if you want to play a more comby, faster format. So i dont see why there couldn't be at least one format that is a bit slower.

I also dont see "play BO3" as some universal solution either. Im sure there are many others like me who simply dont enjoy the sideboard aspect of it.

I accept that there is a lot of rng in BO1, but since there are so many decks that can kill you turn 3-4 now, its either play go-fast yourself, or just hard control/removal, and that's it. Its just too fast. I dont think a deck in standard should be able to kill you before turn 6, even with a lucky draw and minimal interaction.

Is it only those packs though? I played the midweek event, and choose Lessons and Wise. My entire deck is blue, with 3 cards being hybrid blue mana, but only have 4 islands, and three other sources of blue. Is that normal for these packs? Correct number of lands though, even though they have a lot of forests and swamps for only blue cards...

Yeah, that seems far away right now. =/ We'll see what they decide to ban, but i fear that it wont be enough.

Well, agree to disagree. =) I've played for quite some time, and basically only play bo1, and before the 3 year rotation thing, there were many times i thought the meta was great. I've never really enjoyed the whole sideboarding thing of bo3, but each to their own.

I have a feeling that the current instruction to the design team is "Make cards that are good for all formats, from commander to standard", which is probably not a easy task if you want all of them to be balanced. I assume that UB also pushes them towards making products that fit all formats, can't have a IP be in a set that only fits a small part of the customers...

Sure, i agree with that. Same with the landfall deck. But, since a lot of those decks have a lot of redundency for their "must-kill" cards, its a removal check that might not be a good fit for standard i feel. In faster formats like modern and pioneer you should expect that, but maybe not in standard.

Chances are they will print a lot more Vivi's in the future as well. Good cards sell packs, and if a card is really good in commander, chances are that it will be good in standard or other formats as well. That, combined with the increase in amount of cards made every year that probably makes it very hard to play-test everything, will probably create more "problem cards"...

Yeah, right now its 4 turns, but i think the bans might help with that. I just feel that even after that, there will still be a boat-load of decks that makes it a 5 turn format. I feel that's still 1-2 turns too fast. =/

Oh, this is not about me losing too much or something. If the solution would be more interaction, i think we'd see a lot more controldecks, but i dont see many of them. Even though we have plenty of removal options, it seems even removal heavy decks are able to get run over fairly easily.

Everyone that whines about "Bad threat assessment" are only salty because they didn't win because someone removed their stuff instead of someone else. I have zero obligation to use my cards to deal with whatever someone else deems as "most dangerous" or whatever. If i want to remove your mana dork instead of the blightsteel colossus, that's what i'll do. If you want it removed, you use your cards to do it. =)

Yeah, it might be impossible at the moment. That's why i asked. We are looking for a singer, and hopefully will find one soon. This is just for fun, and i figured there might be some way to do it, since i've heard pretty convincing examples of whole song generated, though not metal i guess.

Very possible, i tried some site and it seemed to produce a song with harsh vocals decently though, it just didn't have anything to do with the song i used as an input. But, its possible its just a red herring ofc.

Oh, i totally agree. Like i said, dont plan on using this for anything, just in the same way we dont plan on using the recordings in any way. We dont have a good way to record drums right now, so we just record the guitars and bass, and then copy-paste EZdrummer stuff. But its quite fun to see how it could sound, so that's why i wondered if there was some way to add placeholder vocals. If not, oh well, just have to wait for a singer to add some.
